Learn more about yourself, about your relationships to others and discover your own expressive potential! We are meeting to improvise and play together. Every week there will be a different topic and different drama methods to explore. Adults of all age are invited to play and improvise under the guidance of Frauke in this open class. No theatrical experience is needed! Bring yourself and comfortable clothing

Originally this group was designed as a space for parents (“Parents Only” Playgroup) who want to create more connection within their family and towards themselves. After the first year the group is now open to everybody who is interested in playful personal development as not only parents encounter obstacles in their relationships towards themselves and towards other people.

In this group you will be introduced to concepts of education and communication and invited to share and discuss your own personal and social experiences, in a very practical and involved way using theatre pedagogy and various coaching methodes. My goal is that you can leave the Playgroup with the feeling that you have experienced something which is helping you being more in touch with yourself, feeling more authentic and the most important: have a playful and inspiring time.
